Okay. I just wanted to make a quick post about the chili I made.
I started with a can of Hunts tomato sauce and 2 small cans of tomato paste.
1 large onion, diced up and thrown in.
1 can kidney beans
1 can mixed bean salad
1 can chick peas
1 can corn kernals
7 big cloves of elephant garlic. (Well at least seven. You can never have too much garlic.) Dice it up real fine.
4 jalapenos, diced up.
3/4 cup of my homemade hotsauce.
In a separate pot I cooked up a bunch of quinoa. Once it’s cooked add it to the chili.
Also I cooked up a pack of ground beef and then put it in.
Let the whole thing slow cook at low heat.
It’s so good! Life is good! :)
